Sharkluck Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Philippines Players

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users accessing Sharkluck from the Philippines or any other jurisdiction where use of this platform is lawful.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on Sharkluck, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sharkluck. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.
Sharkluck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service on the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use Sharkluck:
- You are at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippines gaming regulations.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a Sharkluck employee or affiliated partner.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any regulatory restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
Sharkluck may request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one active account on Sharkluck. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharkluck will not be held liable for any loss or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at the email address listed in the footer.
Sharkluck may verify your identity before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Identity verification may require submission of a government-issued ID or other documentation. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary restriction of account functions.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using Sharkluck, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any system to access, manipulate, or exploit the platform or its games.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform's software, code, or game content.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or cheating, including coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) laws applicable in the Philippines.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or support staff through any communication channel.
- Registering or operating under a false identity or on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorization.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or circumvent security measures.
Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All transactions on Sharkluck are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and bank transfers. Processing times vary by payment channel; e-wallet deposits typically reflect within minutes while bank transfers may take longer.
Sharkluck does not store payment instrument details directly. All financial transactions are processed through the respective payment providers' secure infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods you use are legally registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Sharkluck reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with applicable regulations. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are communicated within the platform.
Chargebacks initiated outside the Sharkluck dispute process are considered a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, contact support directly before initiating any chargeback with your payment provider.
Sharkluck does not guarantee any minimum returns, winnings, or outcomes from any game. Gaming activity involves financial risk, and outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results, independent of the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sharkluck and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
Sharkluck's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Sharkluck platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the proprietary property of Sharkluck or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
Sharkluck may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or legal obligation to do so. In cases of confirmed fraud or AML violations, account balances may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method after completing any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
Changes to Terms
Sharkluck reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after the posting of updated terms constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide notice through the platform or by email to your registered address.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
